Root and Me used to feature hand-written guides for phones. This approach was not do-able. There are so many different android phones, it's very hard. Below are links to TESTED and SAFE guides. You need to give them up to a minute to load.

****PLEASE READ! If you would like your phone to be added in less than a week then fill out the form at the button of the page. Your phone will be added. Please use this form before leaving a one star review. These hurt me, and then I may never get to your phone. Want me to review your form and get your phone added even faster? Leave a five-star review! It will be reviewed in 24 hours and you will be able to see it.

Want to do some searching by yourself? Click the above link and it will take you to XDA Developers Forum. You can find your device and a guide for it! It's very simple to follow the guides.
