What I need to know?

A webclip is a shortcut that allows you to go to a website that is on the springboard.

Webclips are saved in the route /var/mobile/Library/WebClips.

To save a web page on the springboard go to Safari, press the rectangular icon with an arrow and then press "Add to Home Screen".

Here is an example:

After pressing the button, you will see something like this:

After having set the name you like, press the button called "Add" and you will see an icon on the springboard with your webclip.
