Most QuickGold features are readily discoverable. However, some of them are a bit hidden. This page explains them:

Direct launching

In addition to searching for your contacts and websites, QuickGold also allows you to call numbers and visit sites directly.

• Start typing in numbers (use the phone keypad for convenience) and an automatic entry appears which allows you to call the phone number. This way, you can use QuickGold as the fastest dialpad available.
• Start typing in a website URL and hit "Go" to visit the website.

Custom searches

With QuickGold, you can search the web easily and quickly. Here are the shortcuts:

• g [words]: search Google
• p [words]: search Powerset (best used as a better formatted version of Wikipedia)
• m [words]: search Google Maps
• i [words]: search IMDB

Recently launched applications

The icon list you see when you open QuickGold represents your "most recently used" applications. QuickGold keeps this list so you can re-launch them quickly without even typing anything!
