A: Even though FontSwap verifies font packages before installing them, you may face this problem if the font files are malformed.
To fix this problem SSH to your device as root and run this command

/Applications/FontSwap.app/restore

A: As you cannot SSH to your device you need to manually get access through a device browser (e.g iPhone Explorer) or get SSH access through iPhone Tunnel.
Once you have access you can copy stock fonts

from
/User/Library/FontSwap/RestoreFonts/
to
/System/Library/Fonts/Cache/
